This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational communication, and innovation on employee performance in XYZ company. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design. Data were collected through a questionnaire involving 74 respondents from various divisions and then analyzed using multiple linear regression and Pearson correlation. The study's results show that transformational leadership, organizational communication, and innovation significantly influence employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of an integrated strategy in building an innovative work culture and effective communication, which can enhance the competitive power of companies in the digital age. In Indonesia, the implementation of collaborative leadership still faces challenges, particularly due to a work culture that tends to be hierarchical, leading to low levels of job satisfaction and employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of collaborative leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using descriptive correlational surveys. The study sample consists of 90 employees at PT XYZ, selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression to identify the influence of each variable. The research results indicate that collaborative leadership and job satisfaction significantly impact employee performance both individually and collectively. Employees who feel involved in the decision-making process and have high job satisfaction demonstrate better performance. The implications of this study underscore the importance for companies in Indonesia to adopt a collaborative leadership model and enhance job satisfaction to achieve optimal performance.
