Using approach quantitative with method survey , research This involving 100 students as sample , which is selected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed use linear regression , t-test, and Pearson correlation for evaluate connection between variables . Research results show that leadership instructional teachers have influence positive and significant to participation students , with coefficient correlation of 0.75 and the t value is significant at the level 95% confidence . Implications from findings This is the need training leadership instructional for teachers so that they can develop skills This in a way effective , so that capable create atmosphere learn more inclusive and supportive involvement active students .
